After a long break didn't blog, I'm back! Just to announce that I changed job again in less than a year time. Start from Apr'11, went to the office and of course with new environment as well.

Why resigned? The reason is just simple because I don't like to call customer? At first, I really don't like calling but after few months working there, it's quite fun when there's some customer can joke with (only after few times follow up with them). But not all so good, some even scold and reply in rude manners. Overall, it's just ONE of the reasons.
