Four months

Whoa!.. 4 months already… as usual time flies! Went back PG twice and KL once to meet up with sisters. Although it’s just for 2 days, I’d fun and yet tiring. For the 1st day, we went Genting and most of the time is just stuck inside “there”. Haha… As for the 2nd day, had buffet lunch then went Time Square.

In between month 2-4, working life is like daily routines except for weekends. It was much better now compared to the 1st month. Learn more things and more comfortable but every day the same makes me feel bored! Last week met Ping who’s my relative staying behind my old house. I was walking and suddenly someone calling me. She said “I’m not sure whether calling the right person but just call and if wrong person then only sort it out”. =D … Both of us were surprised because we met each other here. When in Pg we don’t even contact or talk to each other, and now we can even go out together.

That’s another friend was last time secondary school classmate. We didn’t contact since left the school. Get to know that she’s working here too. She gave me the contact number but I haven’t sms/call her till today. Maybe next week will give her a call. =)

I’m going back in 7 weeks time because exam is the first week of Dec. When it’s near to exam,same old characters which I don’t ever bother to open the book and delay it day by day. I registered for 2 subjects only because know myself very well. Previous semester results were real disaster. Lolx.. Telling myself that if still couldn’t make it for this semester, and then I think I need a break. Only continue, when ready for it.

He’s coming soon! Not sure whether it’s just for holiday or … Hopefully after staying here for a while then he could make a wise decision. It’s an opportunity for him to start all over again, to turn over a new page.

Tired on certain matters, it didn’t end even though until today. It’s just like history kept repeating no matter where I’m. Seriously, when does it going to end? Everything so secretive…

Month 1

Time flies! I’m here for a month already. I’d always thought of plan to go back. The journey is no longer like KL-PG which is just 4 n half hour time by bus, its 9 hours/trip to go back PG by bus. By bus is the cheapest fare about $56.

People just thought that I’m here working and that is a good thing. Seriously, it’s good but there are sacrifices to get good things. I only shared the story with her, or else I’m going to explode. Besides that, don’t need to make others worry. As I always like to say “Luckily, I’m not the eldest in the siblings”. XD

When felt difficult or what, just need to think that I decided to choose this path & nobody force me for this. And came here mostly is just because of “YOU”. No matter how difficult it was, still have to move on. Optimistic!!

Weekdays, I’d to woke up at 6.35am then get out from house the most also by 7.10am and will reach office bout 7.54am near 8am. Finish work at 5.30pm but sometimes delay bit to get work done. It’s just like a daily routine.

‘Lots of water’ for the first month and hopefully, going to be less for coming days.

Yesterday morning received a call and was invited to an interview on coming Monday (7/6). On the happy side, it was a company from Singapore. It’s the chance I’d been waiting for. XD

It’s kind of rush and last minute, so all the flights are expensive. I’d decided to change bus from PG-KL & KL-SIN on Sunday. When reached KL, my sis and her bf fetch me from the bus station, then went lunch at FULL HOUSE. It was our first time there, we’d been looking at the restaurant long ago and we decided to go. Thanks to ‘Mr Zhu Yang’ for the treat. =D

7th June 2010
Went the interview place by taxi because not familiar with the location. It was the first time, an interview with test and took hours to finish. Finally, I got the job!!

I did ask her whether there’s any contract or what and she said NO!! The lady said you’ve to go Johor to renew your passport as we need at least 2 years to apply working permit for you. I answered OK!

8th June 2010
Early morning woke up and took taxi down to Johor Immigration. Surprisingly even weekdays also so many people went to do passport. Get number 0319 and that time it’s just 0159, waited till near 1pm only submit the form and payment.

Received a call in the morning from the company saying that have to sign contract with them for 2 years. So, I need to contact my sis and mum to ask for opinions. Worst day I’d gone thru, forgot to bring MYS H/p simcard and SIN simcard no credit, which means I can’t make any call/sms to contact ppl. Luckily I found public phone nearby and I check my purse, I didn’t have enough coins to make phone calls. So I try to buy things and get coins as the change.

Near 4pm, I got my passport and took taxi back to SIN.

After getting opinions from them, I decided to sign the contract with them.

Contract signed! The effective of the contract subject to the working permit approval. I only can start working when the WP is approved.

Just rot at home for the whole day… =(

At night, receive SMS saying has to go for training. So it’s time to sleep…

11th June 2010
First day training wasn’t fun as what I’d thought. Haha…

It was like studying for exam… I’d to remember all the company products code and recognize it. They gave me time and will test me when I’m ready for it. Besides that, there’s telephone skills role play too. *I’m bad in telephone skills* It’s scary because during the role play I got stuck for a few times.. =S

Lastly, remember the short keys for the database.

WP is in-principle approval, so I need go for medical check tomorrow.

12th June 2010
8.00am, it’s time to wake up!! Went hospital by MRT and reached near 9.00am.

I didn’t know that going be so many people there. Even the queue to register is so so so long. So, have to slowly queue till it’s my turn to register. After register you have to wait the nurse call to measure the height, weight & eyesight. Then wait to be call in room 1 to take blood and follow with doc checking. Lastly, go for X-ray and this is the fastest part.

By the time finished its bout 12pm. Go home to continue my sleep… =D

It’s was Sunday!! And I’m very bored at home. sad case.. haha

It begins today… First day of work, it’s difficult because everything is quite new for me by using database to get information and with all those paper work in the office.

And it’s the day; I started to pick up phone calls. Seriously I’m very fear of the phone ringing in office. Lolx.. Just hope it didn’t ring at all but that’s IMPOSSIBLE!!

Tender letter on 20/03/10 and it's gonna end tomorrow (15/05/10). Maybe have 3 weeks holiday and back to office for 1 or 2 weeks in June to 'wrap up' my things as agreed with them...

Colleagues:-

Aziela is the one I knew longest in the office. Both us even argue before in the office, just because of small matter. and I remembered once, lady boss said "both of u better stop pulling each other hair!"..hehe...

Aziela & Chin were the colleagues where we'd gone thru the hard time together and yet had fun at the same time.

Everyday busy looking at the Gundam pics is Mr Joe.

Mr Gabriel, just work about one month plus. At first, we're so formal by speaking english with each other in the office. But now, we speak HOKKIEN after we knew that each other were from Penang.. xD

Management:-

As for Mr Chee & Mr David for helping me to get all documents ready for submission. With few meetings, and almost got 'screwed' for not having a photocopy of docs which actually I'd photocopy and I didn't know where I left it. But in the end, found it on somewhere near my desk. Mr Chee always say "You're very fierce, cannot like that!" ..haha...

When he entered the office "Coffee pls!" or "Log in yahoo!" that's Mr Han. He don't really give me work besides email or forward email to his friends and do some printing for him.

Mr Robert & Mr Harifi, both of them were friends for more than 30yrs+. Mr Harifi joined the company to help around. The way they talk is really soft maybe you should say it as polite/ manners?? They're just so nice to me. =)

Lastly not to forget, my dearest boss, Ms Heng! She's a workacholic, even though she's back home also working non-stop. xD

Welcome!

It's the day we moved in the new house!

The living room is still empty but the kitchen and the 3 rooms are complete with furnitures. We didn't buy much furniture as we just took over from old home.

All should be complete by end of this month.

FYI, I'd no chance to stay at the new house yet cuz have to come back KL.

On the happy side, I'm going BACK home soon.

Hope everything will go smoothly as what I'd plan! =)

Goodbye!

It's time to say GOODBYE to the old house.

That's the house where I'd grown up since I'm born, same goes to my siblings. Normally we'll just say "we maybe have to move on when and when". But now, we're seriously going to moved out from the house. It's a bit sad because we'd lots of memories in the house. But what to do, when we also didn't have any choice.

We gonna missed our neighbours, especially Aunty Po & family because we will chit chat with them when we're free as they just stay beside our house. and missed the nice dishes cooked by uncle & aunty. Aunty Po reminded us not to forget them even though we're far away. Back there to visit them when we have time!

Besides that, opposite house Ah Ee whom always came over to talk with my grandma. She'll asked how you all doing and show the concern and sometimes gave advice to us.

Both of the neighbours known us since we're small till we grown up today. All this while, they knew what's happening around us and yet they still care. Thanx a lot! I'm sure that we can't find such good neighbours once we moved out.

I was chatting with my friend. and we're talking bout the "Sim" card. It's because I said "bo sim" to study. He asked me to go 7-11 to buy a sim card. I hope there were "Sim" card that will make me hardworking, reduce laziness and increase memory? XD

Results...

Previous semester results out! Really did badly for that semester with the results fail 3 out of 4 subjects. Now left 4 subjects to finish up the course. Decided to take only 2-3 subs for this sem as not much time left and with the laziness. The next exam on 1-3 June.

This morning when I'm at work, I felt so lazy and don't know why not in the mood. My tears is like going burst out. Am I crazy? She gave me work to do and yet I don't really understand what she's talking about. So I asked her twice and she's like going get mad if I ask again. haih. At last, I still get it done for her.

Lately, is like getting bored, no matter free or busy in the office. Just hope the time flies during working hours and can go back punctual.. XD

GTFS Day!

Yesterday was the GTFS launching at Mariott Hotel, Putrajaya. Our company (H-MAX) did get the award, so we had a chance to go for the event. We had a small booth outside the ballroom for us to display our LED Lightings. For the event, we got our own photographers,Mr Leon and Mr Daus. Below are some of the pictures:-

Am I Crazy ?

Sometimes I feel she's good and sometimes she's not. I don't know why. When really mad at her that time.. she'll be BAD for me.. and when she talk on something.. it makes me felt that she's good.. swt! What's this??

When she not around in the office for these 2 days, the time like can't move. Ppl will be happy when the B is not in office. But I'm not, felt so bored and just few things to finish up. Am I Crazy?? =S

This morning, I did something crazy which is accidentally step on my roommate spectacle. haha. Normally, I woke up then get my clothes and walk to the bathroom. When I choosing the clothes, I turn and saw the spectacles on the floor (don't know why can suddenly focus there's a spectacle). And I remind myself to be careful. But then as I walk to bathroom, I felt that I step on something. When I look down, I got shocked.. step on the SPECTACLE!! XD Then I quickly pick it up and see, is it broke or what. hehe..

That time, my roommate still sleeping. I didn't wake her up. I only sms her when I reached office bout 8.40am to let her know and apologize but then she didn't reply. She must be very MAD with me! =( She won't be back tonight, and only will back tomorrow evening. Will apologize to her again when I meet her. =)

As previous post, I did mention that I'm working in the company about 7 months.

Today she make me realise that even though after so long, there's no trust between us. When previously, ppl told me lots of thing but I don't really believe and now it's TRUE!!

How could you say such thing to us? Even sometimes we're lazy or what... but we won't do it till so over. We're still doing our part to get things done.

Now you'd move out from the room to sit with us.. Can you imagine how tension it was?? We can't even talk much and it's really bored!!

WORK :-
Working in this company about 7 months. Lately, I'd been keep complaining it's bored and lots of work. Even though not much work also I'll be very 'pek chek'. What's wrong?? Boss said "Your new year resolution is NO MORE MESSY TABLE LIKE THIS!!".. XD


STUDIES:-
Class going start soon and I don't know when. Results will be out after CNY. LAZY to attend class.. =(


MY LIFE :-
Finally, I'm in KL for a year! Time flies.. as I have 'new plans' in mind. Would it work out?? =S

My life in KL wasn't that bad. Sometimes it's kinda boring & tired. Working full-time & studying part-time is the hard moment I'd gone through. At first, I thought it wouldn't be that difficult but after that only I realise the feeling of my coursemate as for the first semester I'm not working. Even though it's difficult, I still have to continue... unless... O.o
